Special Techniques:
-"super-reiji-miracle-megaton-head-butt-of-doom" (basically a headbut with a long name. Following the laws of anime, because of the long name its really ineffective)
-Kamsheen sword style technique: Demi Rune: leaps across the ground covering as much distance as possible in each leap while trying to stay low to the ground and slashing the target up upon arrival (can be used with scythe also)
-Scythe pole-vault slash: same as the demi rune except instead of slashing at arrival, the scythe is used to pole vault over the opponent and parry any attacks while in air. Landing is made facing the opponent and a horizontal swipe is made (scythe only)
*Desparation technique: "Kaji no Justu" (Blazing Technique): Reiji jumps up really high and throws as many molotovs as possible. The ammount of fire this creates is more of a problem than a solution.

A black halberd with some very fancy designs on the handle and even up into the axe. And now T3h Uberknife!
Occupation: General of the Ryukami no ten
Clothes: Dressed in a black trench coat with a dark purple lining and black shirt, pants, and boots.
Attributes: extremely fast, pretty good at fighting, average strength.
Personality: Usually a jerk and untrusting of others. Hates most people for the littlest of things. Does have a nice side though, but by some people(the people he doesn't like), it's rarely seen. He can be a bit of a coward sometimes.

Having such a tough past, Ame is usually seen with a bottle of sake in hand and her sword in the other. She takes any damage done from others trying to capture her as her own responsibility, and sometimes becomes depressed over it..

He is mostly called a hero for what he does, but he only uses that good image to get what he wants. Often ruthless and cruel, Moritsune does not care about others. He will enforce and carry out the law as he sees fit, no matter what happens. He craves power more then anything else.

Weapon: A silver string concealed in his ring, which is used to lash at the enemy and cut them to pieces ((think Walter from Hellsing)). Also has a sickle, and a array of drugs and needles.
Personality: Deceptive, sly, skillfull, witty, intelligent....but mostly diabolical.
Bio: A medical genious ever since age 13, fascinated by science at a very early age. Dabbled in chemical mixes, alchemy, and other fields of science. He delved into his work for so long, and so much, he ended up doing illegal practices. Mugatou's experiments broke many many laws and he was sent to a isolation prision camp. Left in there, Mugatou's crazy doctor mind only expanded and he began to create even more theories. Moritsune stumbles upon Mugatou, and see's his usefulness immediately setting the good doctor free. Ever since then, Mugatou has been serving Moritsune loyally.
